Today was a bit of a free for all. After Eli's late night last night, he slept in till almost 7, and then was awake for the day. We had 2nd breakfast around 9:00, and then we put Eli down for his nap. We had made arrangements with A,B&I to visit one of the markets here and be picked up around 11. Eli had a tough time falling asleep, but was able to sleep for about a half hour in the morning.
We drove to the post office market, and bought a bunch of things that we had on our list, most notably, some traditional clothing for Eli as he grows up. While we hope to someday return, we do not know when that will be, so we'll be prepared for a few years. We also bought some little items, and some t-shirts for Eli and for a friend.
We got back to the guesthouse at around 2:30, and fed Eli some lunch, and whisked him right to bed. He slept for about 1.5 hours, and we just relaxed. I had a bath, while Hilary did some cleaning up in our room.
At about 5:00, we were called to go and visit A,B&I, and exchange some pictures before they leave. We spent some time chatting once again, and we are very thankful and blessed to have met this couple, and gotten to know them. While our boys are different ages, they seemed to be able to at least accept the other's presence in the room. They would usually want to play with the other's toys, but all in all, they seemed ok with each other.
We got back to our room just after 7:00, and had some supper, and Eli went to bed. He fell asleep almost right away, which once again, is a sure sign that he was tuckered out. It was a good day, and the company we had made it that much more enjoyable.
